International law was solely concerned with states. The subject of international law was state, individual were mere an object. After World War II in addition to states individuals are regarded as the real subjects and beneficiaries of international law. Nature of human right are inalienable, human rights are essential and necessary, these are in connection with human dignity, human rights are irrevocable, necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of life, human rights are universal, human rights are never absolute, human rights are dynamic.
